Meet Sebastian

As a health enthusiast, I always prioritized nutrition. Cottage cheese was a staple in my diet, providing the protein I needed to fuel my active lifestyle. But there was one temptation I could never fully resist: ice cream. It was my guilty pleasure, a treat I savored but often felt conflicted about enjoying.

That's when inspiration struck. What if I could create an ice cream that satisfied my cravings without compromising my health goals? The idea of CRUD was born – a revolutionary ice cream that would end the guilt and offer the best of both worlds

A Kitchen Experiment

For over a year, our kitchen became a laboratory of flavors and textures. We were on a mission to create the perfect balance of taste and nutrition. After countless trials and taste tests, we finally cracked the code: a cottage cheese-based ice cream that's all-natural ingredients (but seriously, we only shopped at the local grocery store), high in protein, and low in calories.

A CRUD is Born

My trusty taste testers, Chie and Lola, were blown away by the result. They insisted that CRUD was too good to keep to ourselves. That encouragement was the final push we needed.

Together, we refined the CRUD concept, combining our passion for health with our love for delicious treats. In the summer of 2024, we proudly launched CRUD Ice Cream, bringing our guilt-free indulgence to ice cream lovers everywhere.
